Responsibilities

  • Focus on new business development (approx. 95%)
  • Identify and acquire new clients in the Singapore market, primarily at the president or senior management level
  • Secure appointments through proactive cold calls and visits, and conduct thorough client needs assessments
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop tailored training concepts and proposals
  • Plan and execute workshops, training sessions, and seminars (6 months to 2 years) with the consultant team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in selling intangible products or solution-based sales
  • Alternatively, proven ability to manage top-level sales (e.g., presidents or senior executives) will be considered
  • Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to handle tasks diligently
  • Vibrant and sociable personality
  • Industry experience in HR consulting or Learning & Development (L&D) is an added advantage
