Key Responsibilities
. Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
. Support lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships.
. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
. Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
. Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.
. Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance.
. Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project coordination.
. Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
. Strong interest in sales and business development.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Confident in speaking with clients over the phone and via email.
. Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
. Good organizational and time management skills.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
