Sales Executive / Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive / Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, software, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.

Follow up on sales opportunities and quotations to close deals.

Work closely with the technical team to deliver the right solutions.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-3 years of sales or inside sales experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in IT sales are welcome to apply.

Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, software, or managed services will be an advantage.

Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
