This is Primary an inside sales role, with occasional involvement in external sales-related activities alongside the Sales Team
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Team to carry out Request for Quote (RFQ) from the assigned customers
- Liaising with Marketing thru quotes system (Model N), and reply to customers
- Maintain / Update Pricing history and quotes, maintain database of these contract files
- Communicate with assigned customers on behalf of the team, handling arising issues
- Assist in ad hoc reports on customer performance
- Follow up on outstanding payment issues with the customers
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Sales and Marketing
- 2 - 3 years of sales co / order processing experience (preferable in Electronic Component Field)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Independent and proactive, able to take ownership and complete tasks assigned with integrity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to deliver clear and concise message to stakeholders and team members.
- Able to exercise good judgement with analytical thinking.
- Good time management and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced with self- motivation and determination.
