Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers

  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable products or solutions

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations

  • Negotiate and close sales deals

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, support) to ensure smooth order execution

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Basic understanding of technical or industrial products (automation experience is an advantage)

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

  • Willingness to travel if required
