Role Description

  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive (Indoor) to join our team in Singapore.
  • This is a full-time, on-site role focused on supporting sales activities, customer engagement, and order execution within a commercial distribution environment.
  • The role involves managing indoor sales functions such as quotations, order processing, and customer follow-ups, while coordinating delivery and logistics matters as part of the overall sales process.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and a high standard of customer service.
  • This position is well suited for individuals who wish to build a strong foundation in indoor sales and project coordination, with exposure to both sales operations and supporting logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide indoor sales support, including preparation of quotations, sales documentation, and order confirmations.
  • Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, and ongoing account support.
  • Process sales orders accurately and monitor them through to delivery and completion.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements to support confirmed orders.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners on order status and delivery matters.
  • Support outdoor sales activities and project coordination when required.
  • Maintain accurate sales, order, and delivery records for internal reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Experience in indoor sales, sales coordination, or a customer-facing commercial role is preferred (fresh graduates with strong aptitude will be considered).
  • Well organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable working with pricing, orders, and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
