Indoor Sales Executive

Overall job objective:

Responsible for supporting the Branch / Sales Manager in onboarding clients and achieve monthly sales target.

Core duties:

• Answers calls / Text Messages and returns voice mail messages promptly
• Tracks accurately all incoming demand (calls and walk ins)
• Prepares and send quotation / invoices / receipts to the customers
• Immediately follows up on customer enquiries or reservations and attempts to make an appointment to do onsite measurement
• Collection of deposit and full payment from customers
• Provide support to the Branch / Sales Manager on the day-to-day management of the outlet
• Ensure that all customer-related documents are properly handled and filed correctly before handling over to after-sales department

Requirements:

• Min O Level and above
• Sales driven and self-motivated with a positive mindset
• Independent, fast learner and passion for sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• A good team player and able to work well in fast-paced environment
• Articulate, good presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Enjoy indoor sales
