Job Summary
You will provide timely service and sales advice to clients, expand market reach, maintain client relationships, resolve client issues, and achieve monthly sales targets through consultations and detailed sales reporting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver timely service to existing clients to support satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide accurate sales advice, product information, and presentations to clients
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process
- Identify and resolve client issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
- Travel within Singapore to conduct onsite advice and lighting consultations as required
- Communicate effectively with contractors, business owners, and interior designers to support sales activities
- Manage sales within the gallery
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience in Lighting or Interior Design
- Ability to travel around Singapore for onsite consultations
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Required to provide onsite advice and lighting consultation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software
