About Our Client:

Our client is a well-known Singapore-based freight forwarding and logistics partner delivering efficient, global supply chain solutions. The company specializes in Air & Sea freight, complex project cargo handling, road transport, courier services, and comprehensive warehousing solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and client visits to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Identify potential customers and develop long-term business relationships through proactive outreach.

• Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate freight rates, and follow up on sales inquiries to achieve monthly targets

• Handle customer inquiries promptly, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution and excellent customer service.

• Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent field.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales, or business development, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.

• Bring a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
