Job Summary
You will lead daily retail operations and sales initiatives, managing distributor relationships and promotional events to drive business growth and achieve sales targets across Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations to ensure all departments meet business objectives efficiently.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with distributors and key partners to support sales growth.
- Manage wholesale distribution processes to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, brand fairs, roadshows, and sales events to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Lead and supervise promoters to meet or exceed sales targets and promotional goals.
- Monitor stock levels and make informed inventory control decisions to optimize product availability.
- Analyze retail market trends, anticipate customer needs, and track competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Travel across Singapore to visit retail outlets, distributors, and event locations for operational oversight and relationship management.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business needs.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within Singapore.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support reporting and communication tasks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum O Level or Diploma qualification.
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in fashion retail and external sales events.
- Strong numeracy, literacy, verbal communication, interpersonal, time management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Positive working attitude with a proactive and resilient mindset
Other Information
Salary Range Remuneration will be based on the candidate's experience and capabilities. Salary is negotiable and discussed during the interview. Package includes Basic + Commission + Incentive + Allowance.
