Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales.
- Drive net-new customer acquisition by identifying, pursuing, and closing new logo opportunities across Singapore and ASEAN, while expanding footprint within existing accounts.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, martech, and data solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing your opportunities within the CRM system through all 6 stages of the sale
- Accurately managing your forecast in line with OUR CLIENT linearity
- Cultivating expertise in industry trends impacting the relevant sector and leveraging this knowledge to drive sales initiatives.
- Collaborating with Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to identify and generate new opportunities.
- Providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders on the value propositions of OUR CLIENT Software On-premise/SaaS Application solutions.
- Partnering effectively with our extensive network of partners to maximize sales potential.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrated track record as a top performer in a sales role.
- Exposure to the BFSI understanding its unique dynamics and requirements.
- Experience of using sales opportunity qualification tools such MEDDPICCR.
Job Description
You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of self-selected key accounts, driving their success and establishing them as strategic partners of Our client. This role demands a high-energy sales professional with a passion for technology and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities:
Account Ownership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including economic buyers, CXOs, procurement, and renewal.
- Act as the overall owner of the customer relationship.
Solution Selling & Proposal Development:
- Gain a deep understanding of Our client's cybersecurity, martech, and data solutions portfolios.
- Develop compelling solution proposals that address customer needs and demonstrate the value proposition of Our client's offerings.
- Participate in the development and delivery of persuasive sales presentations.
Sales Execution & Negotiation:
- Effectively negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable deals.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
Partnership & Pipeline Development:
- Identify and cultivate strategic alliances with key third-party influencers.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Develop a strategic sales plan to effectively cover the north asia territory.
Product Knowledge:
- Become very familiar with Our client Cybersecurity, Martech, and Data solutions.
Resource Utilization:
- Effectively utilize provided resources to support customer growth and achieve sales success.
