Sales Executive

Job Description

• Generate new business leads and expand customer base
• Drive sales by promoting the company's offerings to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, operations) to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Driving licensed preferred/ company car provided
