Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Source and develop client referrals through proactive outreach
- Prepare and execute sales action plans and strategies
- Schedule and conduct regular sales activities and client meetings
- Identify prospects, present products/services, and close sales
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct sales calls and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Develop tailored sales proposals and negotiate terms with clients
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service follow-up
- Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
- Monitor and report on sales performance to management
- Conduct market research, surveys, and competitor analysis
- Participate in industry events and sales-related activities
- Stay informed on market conditions and product developments
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
