Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Job Scope

• To achieve Company's business growth (budget/target) with existing resources
• To manage and expand new business and contribute to meet sales KPI
• Manage a portfolio of new and potential customers via telephone contact
• Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential
• Coordinate with different department and act as the customer's point of contact to ensure all queries, problem or issues are dealt with appropriately
• Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately on the database
• Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring
• Credit control management
• Sales support - preparing of quotations, coordination with overseas agents, monthly tariff & reporting
• Carry out any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Levels
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Possess knowledge of freight forwarding
