Roles and Responsibilities
1. Business Development:
Grow existing Food Service businesses and identify new opportunities.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and enhance customer relationships, providing personalized service (e.g. delivery, etc.)
3. Sales Strategy:
Suggest and implement strategies to promote sales and grow business with existing customers.
4. Market Analysis:
Analyze market and sales information to stay updated on industry trends.
5. Customer Communication:
Communicate trends, pricing issues, and other sales-related matters to customers.
6. Collaboration:
Work closely with Operations and Management to meet sales needs.
7. Order Management:
Handle quotations.
8. Accounts Support:
Assist the Accounts team in identifying late payments and chasing customers.
9. Customer Service:
Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
10.Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other tasks as required.
