Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, expand product offerings, and track market trends to consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- End‑to‑End Sales Management: Oversee the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, product presentation, negotiation, deal closure, and post‑sales support.
- Multi‑Channel Sales: Engage and develop business across diverse customer segments such as traders, bakeries, food courts, and related outlets.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders including chefs, purchasing managers, and corporate clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborate closely with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders, events, and service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience serving clients within the F&B sector, including hotels, restaurants, food outlets, hospitality businesses, or hawker operations.
- Prior experience in food packaging or related supplies is highly preferred.
- Self‑driven and entrepreneurial mindset, as this role will lead the setup and development of a new department and operate independently in the initial phase.
