Sales Executive (FMCG) | Kallang Area (near Bendemeer MRT)

Sales Executive for Retail Business - FMCG
Salary: $4,000 - $4,500 per month, depending on relevant experience
Location: Kallang Avenue, Singapore
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Benefits:

• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): 1 month salary upon completion of a full year of service.
• Performance Bonus: Subject to company and individual performance.
• Mobile Phone Allowance: $60 per month.
• Medical Benefit: Up to $300 per year.
• Annual Leave: 14 days, increasing to 18 days from the 6th year of service onwards

Responsibilities:
. Identify and secure new customers to achieve sales targets
. Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and prospective customers
. Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to develop business opportunities
. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
. Prepare quotations, contracts and sales orders
. Coordinate with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams for timely deliveries
. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets
. Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
. Proven sales/business development experience
. Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
. Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven
. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
