Job Summary
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Semiconductor and Electronics Industry, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking to expand the client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers to drive sales growth
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company revenue goals
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to inform business planning and strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrate at least 3 years of sales experience in the Semiconductor and/or Electronics Industry
- Use Microsoft Office and CRM software proficiently to manage sales activities and customer data
- Communicate effectively and negotiate persuasively to close sales and build client trust
- Exhibit self-motivation, results-driven focus, and customer orientation to meet sales objectives
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in an Engineering field
