Job Responsibilities
- Drive New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new accounts in cafes, restaurants, eateries, organic food stores, and specialty grocers
- Manage Existing Accounts: Take over a small baseline portfolio of existing caf and eatery customers maintain strong relationships and grow sales volume
- Conduct Sales Visits & Presentations: Meet with owners, chefs, and purchasing managers to introduce products, conduct tastings, and close deals
- Expand Distribution Channels: Focus on penetrating underserved segments such as HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), health-focused eateries, and organic food players.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and new account acquisition targets.
- Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support business strategy.
- Coordinate Internally: Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in:
- FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
- Food & Beverage distribution
- HORECA / Foodservice sales (selling to cafes, restaurants, eateries)
- Prior experience selling to F&B outlets or specialty food retailers is highly advantageous.
