Bioprocess Equipment Sales Executive (ESCO Bioengineering)
生物製程業務負責協助實現整體營運目標與任務。您將負責潛在客戶的研究與開發、維繫既有與潛在客戶關係、並確保公司有穩定的銷售機會。
• 了解公司業務模式,向潛在客戶推廣生物製程解決方案,達成業績目標
• 維繫客戶關係,提供所需支援。
• 探索並建議新商機與服務改善方案。
• 願意學習並理解細胞培養及其生物製程步驟的基礎知識。
• 與客戶進行初步技術討論,明確了解其需求並轉化為報價提案。
• 掌握業界最新趨勢,並與相關機構保持合作關係。與國內及國際相關應用KOL合作, 建立產品應用製程, 文獻發表及成功應用案例等, 以利相關產品推廣
• 在技術團隊支援下,準備提案與簡報資料(資訊蒐集、分析與彙整)。
• 擬定與客戶之合約、合作與服務協議。
• 維持服務品質,確保符合公司標準。
• 依專案需求,執行主管交辦之其他工作。

The Bioprocess Equipment Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the achievement of overall business goals and objectives. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, and ensuring a stable sales pipeline for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the company's business model and promote bioprocessing solutions to prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide necessary support to clients.
- Identify and recommend new business opportunities and service improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and understand the fundamentals of cell culture and related bioprocessing procedures.
- Conduct initial technical discussions with customers to understand their needs and translate requirements into quotation proposals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and maintain collaborative relationships with relevant institutions. Collaborate with domestic and international Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to establish product application processes, publish technical literature, and develop successful application case studies to support product promotion.
- Prepare proposals and presentation materials with support from the technical team, including information gathering, analysis, and data consolidation.
- Draft contracts, collaboration agreements, and service agreements with customers.
- Maintain service quality standards in accordance with company expectations.
- Perform other duties assigned by management based on project requirements.
Compensation:
Salary will be determined based on the candidate's academic background, professional experience, technical expertise, and job responsibilities.
