- Conduct sales planning and develop service strategies to grow the portfolio.
- Serve existing clients and actively develop new customer relationships.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and pain points.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, needs, and requirements
- Propose solutions and sales presentations to showcase the value and address client questions head-on.
- Prepare and negotiate maintenance contract proposals, including:
- - Maintenance rates
- - Terms & conditions
- - Legal and customer-specific requirements
- Participate in open tenders and prepare all necessary documentation for
- submission.
- Review customer-issued contracts for special terms and conditions that differ from company standards.
- Act as a liaison between operations and commercial teams.
- Support digital business initiatives and transformation efforts.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities to align service delivery with contract terms.
- Assist Credit Control Executive in pursuing overdue payments.
- Prepare monthly reports such as:
- - VFO
- - Unit Losses
- - Conversion Report
- - P21
- Ensure compliance to Organizational Norms, policies, procedures, and requirements of the Sales process.
