This full-time Sales Executive Engineer - Construction role to one of our MNC client provides an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise and sales flair within the construction industry. Based in the Central Region, you will be responsible for driving sales of their innovative construction projects and services to a diverse range of clients. This is a 5 days work week with weekend off day. They are providing up to $1200 monthly transport allowance if you possess your own car.
Job Scope
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to secure new business
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and secure repeat business
- Collaborate with the broader sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and new product developments
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Construction
- Minimum 3 years experience in a technical sales or business development role, ideally within construction
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, pitching and securing new business
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
- Resilient and driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
