Responsibilities:
- Maintain and service existing clients to drive repeat sales and increase revenue.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential and existing customers to understand projecttimelines and requirements.
- Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their operational needs, especially in heavyequipment or relocation services.
- Meet clients on-site to assess job scope, provide tailored solutions, and develop long-term businessrelationships.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding quotations, orderstatus, and service details.
- Prepare and process quotations, monitor item availability, and coordinate delivery schedules toensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure proper equipment movement, site accessplanning, and job safety compliance.
- Track sales orders, monitor shipment progress, and ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up.
- Handle post-sales enquiries including equipment condition feedback, service satisfaction, andmaintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and expand the customer database through proactive outreachand referrals.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Experience in machinery relocation, equipment handling, or engineering services is advantage.
