Position: Sales Executive - Courses & Programme Promotion

Kenko Academy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support the growth of our training and education programmes. This role focuses on sales and marketing promotion of WSQ-funded courses, Non-WSQ wellness programmes, and PEI Diploma and Certificate programmes, particularly in Massage and Wellness Therapy.
The successful candidate will play a key role in student recruitment, corporate outreach, and course enrolment growth.
Promote and sell Kenko Academy's range of courses, including:
WSQ-funded programmes
Non-WSQ wellness and massage courses
Diploma and Certificate programmes under PEI
Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets through active sales follow-up.
Handle walk-in, phone, email, and online enquiries professionally.
Provide accurate course consultation and recommend suitable programmes based on learner needs.
Support marketing campaigns and outreach activities to increase course visibility.
Participate in roadshows, education fairs, corporate visits, and community events.
Assist in promoting courses through digital platforms (social media, WhatsApp, email marketing).
Build relationships with companies and HR departments for corporate training enrolments.
Develop new business opportunities with wellness partners and industry stakeholders.
Support the Academy's placement and recruitment initiatives for learners.
Maintain a database of leads and prospective learners.
Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of enquiries into enrolments.
Deliver excellent service and support throughout the learner journey.
Prepare enrolment documentation and assist with course registration processes.
Coordinate with operations and trainers to ensure smooth course intake planning.
Assist with reporting of sales performance and campaign outcomes.
Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred in sales, marketing, education, or wellness).
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (training/education sector is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for wellness, massage, and lifelong learning.
Comfortable with targets, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Familiar with SkillsFuture/WSQ funding framework is a plus.
