Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales activities within the Education and EdTech sector.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand customers needs and recommend suitable products and services.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve quarterly targets.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and submit timely sales forecasts and reports while achieving assigned sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.

• Experience handling government tenders, public sector procurement processes, and proposal submissions is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in selling software, technology, SaaS, or EdTech solutions will be an advantage.
