Sales Executive

Job Summary

Support the Sales Manager by managing pricing, quotations, payment collections, and order monitoring to ensure timely customer service and accurate stock management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in preparing accurate pricing and stock level reports using Excel to support sales decisions
• Generate customer quotations promptly to facilitate sales processes
• Coordinate timely collection of customer payments to maintain cash flow
• Monitor customer order statuses from overseas and local suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Respond promptly to customer requests and enquiries to enhance customer satisfaction
• Verify and match stock levels and parts at the warehouse to support inventory accuracy
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support business operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a related field
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
