Job Summary -
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. The
role involves developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and
promoting our BIM, engineering, and digital construction solutions to clients across the
construction and engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities -
Business Development
. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, engineering, and
digital engineering sectors.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and
engineering firms.
Client Engagement
. Meet potential clients to understand their project requirements and technical needs.
. Present and promote company services including BIM modelling, digital engineering, and
project support solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management
. Generate leads through networking, online platforms, industry contacts, and referrals.
. Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities.
Proposal & Quotation
. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations for clients.
. Work closely with internal BIM engineers and technical teams to provide suitable project
solutions.
Requirement -
. Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or
related field.
. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
. Experience or knowledge in AutoCAD / BIM as added advantage.
. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
. Self-motivated with interest in construction technology, BIM, or engineering services.
