Sales Executive

Job Description & Requirements

. Develop new business opportunities and actively source for new leads

. Research, understand and identify client's needs

. Able to present and introduce services with in-depth knowledge

. Generate sales to achieve monthly sales targets

. Effectively communicate technical proposals to client

. Be responsible to all accounts under his/her control

. Assist in business development department

. Adhoc activities assigned

. Report to Sales Director

Requirements:

. At least Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or relevant studies

. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in architecture, engineering and construction industry is preferred

. Team Player able to mingle with different types of people

. Must have strong communication skills

. Sales driven and resultsoriented.
