Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive the growth of our EV charging business in Singapore. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling EV chargers and EV charging infrastructure solutions, with strong industry connections and the ability to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV charging solutions across commercial, residential, industrial, and fleet sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with property developers, building owners, facility management companies, fleet operators, and corporate clients.
- Conduct product presentations, site assessments, and customer consultations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and developments in Singapore's EV charging industry.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant certification in this field will be helpful.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in EV chargers, EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy, electrical solutions, or related industries.
- Proven experience selling EV charging products and solutions in the Singapore market.
- Strong understanding of EV charging technologies, including AC and DC chargers.
- Established network within the real estate, facilities management, transportation, energy, or automotive sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with EV charger manufacturers, distributors, or charging network operators.
- Knowledge of Singapore's EV adoption initiatives, regulations, and charging infrastructure landscape.
- Experience in handling tenders and large-scale commercial projects.
