ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a hungry, driven Sales Executive to win new business across the Asia Pacific region. This is a pure hunter role — you will own your pipeline from first contact to signed contract. If you thrive on prospecting, love closing, and want to build something in one of the fastest-moving corners of FinTech, this is for you.

You will be responsible for selling both Cynopsis established RegTech solutions and WIDTH's next-generation AI compliance platform to banks, fintechs, and Web3 companies (crypto exchanges, OTC desks, wallets, and payment providers). Account management is handled by a dedicated team; your job is to bring in new logos.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Prospect relentlessly — build and work your own pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, events, and referrals.
  • Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets. That is the scoreboard.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities across financial institutions, fintechs, and Web3 companies throughout APAC.
  • Develop a sharp understanding of client pain points around regulatory compliance, AML, and operational risk — and position our solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Product teams to deliver compelling, tailored demos and proposals.
  • Maintain clean, accurate pipeline records in the CRM — forecast with discipline.
  • Feed market intelligence and client feedback back to the Product and Marketing teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must-haves:

  • 1–5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech — you have carried a quota and hit it.
  • A proven track record of opening new accounts, not just managing existing ones.
  • Self-starter mentality — you do not wait for leads to come to you.
  • Strong communicator in English (spoken and written) — essential for engaging clients across APAC. Ability to communicate in Chinese will be a plus.
  • Hunger, resilience, and a competitive drive to win.
  • Fresh graduates with strong passion and motivation for sales are also welcome to apply.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with KYC/KYB, KYT, AML, or broader compliance frameworks.
  • Experience selling to banks, crypto exchanges, payment providers, or other regulated entities.
  • Existing network in the APAC FinTech or Web3 space.
