Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their team in the renovation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, online enquiries, and networking.
- Meet clients to understand renovation needs, design preferences, budget, and timelines.
- Prepare and present renovation proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated.
- Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Handle client enquiries, objections, and post-sales follow-ups.
- Keep up-to-date with renovation trends, materials, and market pricing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in renovation, interior design, construction, or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand floor plans, drawings, and renovation concepts (basic level).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with client-facing roles and flexible working hours (including weekends if needed).
- Proficient in MS Office / CRM systems.
- Possess own transport (preferred, depending on market).
