Promote and provide crane rental solutions to customers across various industries.
Manage and service assigned customer accounts, including client liaison, site surveys, lifting plan preparation, and submission of required project documentation.
Ensure smooth coordination of projects from enquiry stage through to job completion while maintaining high standards of customer service.
JOB DUTIES
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective customers.
Develop and expand the customer base through telemarketing, email correspondence, networking, and site visits.
Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and customer enquiries to secure business opportunities.
Prepare and issue Job Instructions and coordinate with the Operations Department for the deployment of equipment and manpower.
Attend to customer enquiries, conduct site surveys, and provide appropriate lifting solutions to meet project requirements.
Prepare lifting plans and ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the Finance Department on payment collections and account-related matters.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships through professional and responsive service.
Monitor project progress and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled effectively.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with experience in the heavy machinery, crane rental, construction, lifting, logistics, or related industries will have an added advantage.
Familiarity with lifting operations, site coordination, and equipment deployment processes is preferred.
