We specialize in sourcing and supplying a diverse catalog of essential food and beverage products to high-volume industries. To support our rapid expansion, we are looking for an aggressive, hungry, and results-driven Sales Executive to actively grow and manage accounts within our core business sectors.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our daily sales execution and client acquisition. You will focus on building rapport and winning accounts within the ship chandler/marine provisioning and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sectors. If you are highly motivated by targets, enjoy building relationship pipelines, and thrive in a fast-paced B2B distribution environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identify and reach out to potential clients, including ship chandlers, marine catering operators, procurement officers, restaurants, and hospitality groups.

  • On-the-Ground Sales: Conduct cold calls, face-to-face sales visits, and product presentations to pitch our provision goods catalog.

  • Account Coordination: Manage daily order cycles, process customer inquiries, and ensure competitive quotations are sent out accurately and promptly.

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring reliable customer service to drive repeat orders.

  • Market Feedback: Keep track of customer preferences, competitor pricing structures, and product demands, reporting findings directly to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in food distribution, provision goods, FMCG, or B2B trading.

  • Sector Knowledge: Experience or an existing network within ship chandlers, marine supply networks, or the HoReCa industry is highly advantageous.

  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Comfortable pitching to procurement teams and chefs alike.

  • Mindset: Resilient, persistent, and highly target-oriented with a strong drive to close deals.
