Job Description

Sales Executive - Construction/ Building Materials

Location: North Region
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (5-day work week)
Salary: Up to $4,000 + Transport/Petrol Card + Mobile Allowance +Performance Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in the construction and building materials industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project-based sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the construction sector.

You will work closely with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to promote solutions and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets set by management
  • Hunter role - identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and dealers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Conduct market analysis and evaluate potential customers for business growth
  • Monitor project/site progress and provide accurate material forecasts
  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams regarding market trends, customer feedback, and project updates
  • Ensure timely payment collection and communicate terms clearly with customers and dealers
  • Provide product support, troubleshooting, and training when required
  • Represent the company professionally within the industry

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials industry
  • Tech-savvy and experience in project-based selling will be an advantage
  • Possess own car or motorcycle for regular site visits
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven personality
  • Able to work independently and handle challenges positively
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with strong customer focus
