Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for sales of products and services offered by the postpartum center, achieving sales targets and performance goals.
  2. Assist clients in understanding the services, features, and advantages of the postpartum center, providing professional consultation and advice.
  3. Manage client relationships, maintain good communication and rapport with clients, and resolve client issues and complaints.
  4. Participate in market research and competitive analysis, understand industry trends, and market demands.
  5. Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies, and expand new clients and markets.
  6. Regularly report sales performance and market conditions, and provide suggestions for improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

  1. Candidates with relevant medical, health management, or postpartum care background are preferred.
  2. Possess good communication skills and service awareness, able to effectively communicate with clients and build trust relationships.
  3. Have sales skills and negotiation abilities, with sales experience being a plus.
  4. Familiar with office software and sales management tools, capable of data analysis and report generation.
  5. Team player with strong learning abilities, able to adapt quickly to work environments and business requirements.
