About the role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and cultivating strong relationships with key clients. In this full-time position , you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and developing tailored solutions to meet their recruitment needs.

What you'll be doing
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through effective networking, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, understanding their Cleaning/Manpower challenges and providing innovative solutions
- Identify new market oppurtunities and business partnerships to expand the customer base.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing strategies
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and services
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the F&B, Hospitality industry or any other dedicated industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the confidence to handle objections and secure new business
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field
