Working days & hours: 5days, Mon - Fri 8:30am - 6pm
Location: Tuas Link (Office)
Salary: Basic $2800 + Commission + Yearly Bonus
Job Scopes:
- Generate new business leads and expand customer base
- Drive sales by promoting the company's offerings to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, operations) to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry
- Possess Class 3A/3 driving license
