Responsibilities
. Identify and develop strategies to improve sales opportunities within the assigned market segment in Singapore.
. Build and maintain relationship with customers to ensure high level of customers satisfaction
. Identify potential growth areas
. Manage customer negotiation, attend to enquiries and close sales in an effective and efficient manner
. Conduct outdoor sales visits in the pursuit and development of strategic sales
. Build strong relationships with customers and their service teams and implement renewal proposals for the existing products.
. Regularly visit existing customers, and follow-up to increase service and maintenance sales.
. Monitor and report on competitor activities
. Prepare and execute action plans for effective closure of sales leads
. Generate monthly sales report, forecasts and market information
. Participate in sales exhibition or other related sales events when required
. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
