Responsibilities

• Create and prepare detailed sales proposals tailored to potential customers to secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct diligent follow-up communications with prospects to convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Develop and expand the catering sales business to contribute significantly to overall company revenue.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts by maintaining strong relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth within target markets.
• Actively participate in sales meetings, events, and promotional campaigns to support business development efforts.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma Holder
• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
• Demonstrated sales drive and ability to maintain strong client relationships
