About The Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you'll be a key revenue driver for our Business Space Division. This isn't just another sales jobyou'll execute innovative customer acquisition strategies, manage an island-wide portfolio, and transform leads into closed deals.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Revenue: Consistently exceed quarterly KPIs and directly impact our bottom line
  • Expand Market Share: Lead customer acquisition strategies to grow our client base
  • Build a Premier Portfolio: Identify and onboard top-tier commercial and industrial properties
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Conduct Comparative Market Analysis and develop optimal pricing strategies
  • Maximize Value: Uncover opportunities in underutilized properties and create winning solutions
  • Stay Ahead: Keep pulse on latest industry trends and market intelligence

Who You Are

You're a self-starter with unshakable integrity and relentless drive. You thrive in high-energy environments and understand that exceptional results come from consistent hard work and perseverance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Registered with CEA as a RES
  • Own personal vehicle (car or motorbike)
  • Outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Confident communication at all levels
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
  • Genuine passion for real estate and helping clients succeed

Bonus Skills:

  • Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and MS Office Suite
  • Experience with property underwriting and cash flow modeling in Excel
