Job Description

About:

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Executive - Corporate to be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing corporate clients, with a strong emphasis on proactive lead generation and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, prospect, and secure new corporate clients for WSQ training programs
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand training needs and propose suitable course solutions
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts for repeat business
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Academy, Operations, and Partnerships) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Keep updated on WSQ frameworks, government funding schemes, and relevant training trends
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and post-sale reports as needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in training, education, or HR services
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to hunt for leads and work independently
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of corporate training needs and sales cycles
  • Prior knowledge of WSQ or government-funded training programs is a plus
