About the Job role :

We are a specialised boutique advisory firm delivering management consulting and corporate training solutions to organisations across industries in Asia Pacific.

We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional with 3-5 years of proven performance in similar industry . The ideal candidate is consultative, commercially astute, and confident engaging senior stakeholders.

This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth while representing a firm that values credibility, long-term relationships, and high-quality advisory engagement.

About the Job Scope :

You will take ownership of the full sales lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on strategic client engagement:

  • Manage and qualify inbound and self-generated leads

- Engage clients to understand their needs, challenges, and capability gaps

- Conceptualise and propose tailored consulting and training solutions aligned to client objectives

  • Lead client meetings and solution presentations with clarity and executive presence

  • Structure commercial proposals and negotiate terms with sound business judgement

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and credibility

  • Identify opportunities for account development, cross-selling and advisory expansion.

  • Represent the firm at selected industry events, networking sessions, and professional forums

  • Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking and provide accurate revenue forecasting

  • Achieve agreed revenue and performance targets

About the Job Requirements :

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience exposure to professional services or related industry is advantageous

  • Ability to conduct presentation and negotiation and navigate objections with ease, professionally.

  • Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a lean team environment

  • Hunter mentality, pro-active, and process desire to learn and grow in the consulting industry.
