Job Descriptions - Position 1:
- To achieve the minimum sales targets per month as per budget set
- Attend to site technical issues, meetings, trade demonstrations etc
- Follow up on project submission and site mock-up requirements for potential sales opportunities
- Building relationship with contractors to promote and sell ARDEX-QUICSEAL group products
- Use market information for existing projects to establish sales opportunities
- To champion the assigned segments and to support other sales staff and co-ordinate with them about sales opportunities
- Provide information to update the project reference list of completed projects
- To provide feedback on potential new products which will be developed to enhance the range and a system selling approach
- To assist in the development of Singapore Sales Team in line with the Budget and advise on critical issues that affect the achievement of the Budget
- To advise on your requirements for training, marketing and new products to enable growth in the area
- To prepare respective sales report, forecast, budgeting, and achieving individual sales targets, KPIs
Job Descriptions - Position 2:
- To build awareness and relationship with designers/retailers to promote and sell ARDEX group products, especially in the areas of decorative and renovation
- To promote and introduce ARDEX group products to building material retailers
- To achieve the minimum sales/specification targets per month as per budget set
- To highlight who are the prominent and active designers so as to arrange to make proper presentation to them for specification work
- To provide feedback on potential new products which will be developed to enhance the range and a system selling approach
- To assist in the development of Singapore Sales Team in line with the Budget and advise on critical issues that affect the achievement of the Budget
- To advise on your requirement for training, marketing and new products to enable growth in the area
- To prepare respective sales/specification reports, forecast, budgeting, and achieving individual sales targets, KPIs
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent
- Preferable with at least 2-5 years experience in sales/business development position in construction/building industry, or interior design, renovation products
- Computer and software skills (MS Office application, sales support software)
- Good network with contractors/designer
- Ability to prepare and hold presentations and demonstrations
- Time management skill with ability to handle multiple projects/tasks
