Job Description

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Sales Executive for one of our esteemed clients. This role is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts while driving revenue and expanding market presence within a competitive industry environment.

Operating in a dynamic and fast-paced market, you will play a key role in developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and secure customer accounts to achieve business unit sales targets
  • Identify and acquire new customers to expand the existing client base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to maximize account value
  • Develop and implement effective marketing materials to promote services
  • Communicate value propositions clearly to both new and existing customers
  • Conduct customer credit reviews and assessments
  • Monitor payment collections and manage bank guarantees where applicable
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
  • Provide timely insights and feedback to support strategic decisions
  • Ensure HSE compliance across all customer sites
  • Conduct site audits where required
  • Recommend and implement value-added logistics solutions for key customers
  • Collaborate with internal support units (e.g., Terminal) for execution
  • Prepare quotations and tender documentation
  • Support tender submissions and lead negotiation processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Experience in oil & gas or chemical industry preferred
  • Strong relationship-building skills with ability to develop long-term partnerships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
  • High energy, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
