Job Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities.

• Follow up consistently on projects, quotations and sales leads to secure new orders.

• Identify customer buying patterns and understand project requirements to recommend suitable products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

• Attend to customer enquiries professionally and provide effective product and sales support.

• Conduct outdoor sales visits and develop business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.

Job Requirements

• Minimum O-Level qualification with at least 2 years of outdoor sales experience.

• Proven sales experience in construction, building materials, plywood or related industries is required.

• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to negotiate and close sales.

• Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers.

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport, with the ability to work independently and manage customer visits.
