Job Description

Job Summary:

Support business growth and sales execution activities for the Broadcast & ProAV business unit through active customer engagement, partner management, opportunity development, and coordination with internal teams. The role will work closely with the Team Lead and presales team to strengthen market coverage and customer relationships.

Job Responsiblities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities within assigned market segments
  • Support achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active customer engagement and networking
  • Maintain regular follow-up on ongoing opportunities and customer requirements

Partner & Customer Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, system integrators, consultants, and end users
  • Expand business network and strengthen market presence within targeted industries
  • Support partner development activities (Trainings, seminars & workshops, etc.) and customer engagement initiatives (Demo, POCs, etc.)
  • Maintain regular account visits and business discussions with assigned customers

Pipeline & Opportunity Management

  • Maintain healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate opportunity updates
  • Ensure timely quotation follow-up, proposal coordination, and sales reporting
  • Maintain pipeline updates and forecast (PSI) discipline

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with presales and operations teams to support customer requirements and project execution
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and delivery coordination
  • Escalate critical issues or risks in a timely manner

Market & Business Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to management
  • Support business expansion initiatives and market development activities

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in AV, broadcast, IT, system integration, or related industries
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to develop customer and partner networks
  • Proven capability in customer engagement and account management
  • Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of solution-based or project sales environment
  • Familiarity with dealer, distributor, or system integrator business environment is preferred
  • Organized and disciplined in pipeline management, reporting, and sales administration
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn technical and solution-oriented business approach
  • Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams

Budget: $4.5k to $5k/mth
