Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and high‑performing Sales Executive to lead key accounts, drive sustainable growth, and serve as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue growth for Biosensors through a hybrid business model, consistently meeting and exceeding targets while building sustainable business value
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans, independently managing daily and weekly activities to maximize account performance and identify new growth opportunities
  • Take ownership of key and strategic accounts, driving deeper partnerships through value‑based and customer‑focused engagement
  • Provide on‑site support for CVL cases as required, demonstrating professionalism and accountability
  • Spearhead new product launches by leading pre‑launch planning, coordinating cross‑functional execution, and driving post‑launch adoption to ensure successful market entry and revenue growth
  • Oversee consignment stock management in assigned hospitals to ensure optimal inventory levels, operational efficiency, and minimal stock write‑offs
  • Monitor market dynamics, tender activities, and competitor movements, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management
  • Present strategic sales reviews with insights on market share performance, revenue forecasts, and territory optimization during monthly business reviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and purchasing officers, acting as a trusted advisor and solution partner
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and governance, ensuring all business activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives, including workshops and exhibition booths
  • Support the R&D and Clinical teams in new product development by engaging with KOLs, and contributing to product and clinical trials as well as registries

Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related discipline
  • 1 to 3 years of successful direct sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrated ownership of key or strategic accounts
  • Proven ability to rapidly master complex technical and clinical knowledge and translate it into compelling, value‑based discussions with healthcare professionals and decision‑makers
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior clinical and procurement stakeholders
  • Highly self‑motivated, resilient, growth mindset and results‑driven, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ambition to consistently exceed targets
  • Able to work independently while contributing strategically to team and organizational objectives
  • Possession of a valid driving licence and own vehicle
