Sales Executive

BIGBROS STUDIO & GYM specializes in professional fitness training and coaching focused on Hypertrophy, Mind Muscle Connection & Body recomposition. Our gym provides structured, evidence-based face-to-face/ online coaching and training programs designed to help members build muscle, improve body composition, and enhance overall physical performance.

The Sales Executive is responsible for converting prospective customers into paying members by understanding their fitness goals, identifying key challenges relating to training, nutrition and lifestyle, and recommending the most suitable coaching or membership package.

This is a performance-driven sales role focused on lead follow-up, consultations, closing, revenue generation and maintaining a strong customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding process.

Qualifications

• No formal tertiary qualification or university degree is required. We prioritise sales ability, communication skills, discipline, work ethic, coachability and performance over academic credentials. Candidates from non-traditional educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrated skills in sales and closing, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills, including active listening and clear communication.
• Good knowledge of fitness concepts, particularly hypertrophy and body recomposition, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Able to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions rather than relying on hard-selling.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Interest or experience in fitness, personal training, wellness or related industries is advantageous.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, membership sales or high-ticket sales is advantageous.
