Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by developing new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies. This role involves managing regional sales activities, supporting dealers and the local sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will also provide technical support to clients and stay informed of market trends and industry developments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners
Conduct client meetings both virtually and in person, including regular sales visits
Present, demonstrate, and promote company products and solutions effectively
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service packages to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Assist in planning, leading, and executing regional sales and marketing activities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Work closely with dealers and manage the local sales team to drive performance
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and customer needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and reports
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and performance reports to management
Provide technical information and product support to clients
Address customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in sales, preferably in industrial equipment or machinery
Knowledge of generators and machinery will be an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
WORKING HOURS - 5.5 DAYS - 8:30 AM TO 5:30 PM - SATURDAY - 8:30 AM TO 12:30 PM
