THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Sales Executive based in Singapore, you will be at the forefront of Supermom's commercial growth. You will drive revenue by connecting brands with our unmatched parenting audience, selling across our full suite of solutions — from consumer insights and brand activations to AI-powered campaign infrastructure and community marketing. You thrive in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment and bring both a hunter's instinct and a consultative mindset to every client relationship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect, engage, and close new brand clients across FMCG, healthcare, education, financial services, and related verticals in Singapore and the region.
- Pitch and sell Supermom's full product suite — including consumer insights, brand indexing (Supermom Pulse), MOMENTUM™ lifecycle marketing, KOM activations, community campaigns, and the Supermom Brand Awards.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outbound outreach and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and forecasts accurately.
- Collaborate with internal strategy, data, and campaign teams to develop compelling, integrated solutions tailored to each client's marketing objectives.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with brand managers, marketing leads, and agency partners to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends including programmatic, social, community-led growth, AI-driven personalization, and the evolving cookieless data landscape.
- Represent Supermom at industry events, brand forums, and networking opportunities across Singapore's marketing ecosystem.

- Supermom Brand Awards — Consumer-voted award programme reaching parents across SG, MY, ID; integrated sponsorship and marketing packages.
- AIMA AI Parenting Assistant — WhatsApp-based AI tool offering brands early access to families throughout the parenting journey.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand partnerships, advertising, or market research.
- Strong understanding of the digital media and martech landscape — including social platforms, branded content, influencer marketing, and data-driven advertising.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B commercial role.
- Naturally consultative and client-centric; able to translate complex data and platform capabilities into clear business value for marketers.
- Results-oriented and highly self-driven — you follow up consistently, move fast, and never let a lead go cold.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable pitching to senior marketing and brand stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across cultures and markets; familiarity with the Singapore advertising and media ecosystem is a strong advantage.
- Team player with a positive attitude, high accountability, and a genuine enthusiasm for the parenting and family consumer space.
